Dilini draws on more than two decades of design experience across workplaces, commercial interiors and specialist fitouts. She’s known for her calm leadership style, her ability to guide teams and clients through complexity, and her talent for turning broad ideas into clear, buildable outcomes.
By asking the right questions early, she uncovers what organisations truly need from their spaces, helping shape interiors that reflect identity, support performance, and provide room for future growth. Her strength lies in balancing design ambition with disciplined delivery, ensuring each project is both thoughtful and thoroughly resolved.
KELLY KOW
Kelly is an experienced interior designer with more than ten years in the industry and a strong academic foundation in interior architecture. She has delivered projects across commercial workplaces, retail, government, asset owners, and the resources and industrial sectors.
Known for her dynamic approach, Kelly blends trend awareness with timeless design principles to create interiors that are functional, considered, and enduring. She prioritises genuine collaboration, working closely with clients, builders, consultants, and suppliers to ensure every project is smooth, well-coordinated, and reflective of her clients’ aspirations.
ELYCIA VERHEGGEN
Elycia is a thoughtful senior designer with six years of experience. Recognised for her warm communication style, creative insight and care for the people who inhabit the spaces she creates. With a refined design eye and a passion for crafting purposeful environments, she brings both sensitivity and clarity to her work.
